Ben Crawley joined the choir in September 2012 and, ever since, he has developed the choir's intent to provide audiences with enjoyable familiar listening, performed with a full, rounded sound. New material is regularly introduced and rehearsed, adding to an already extensive repertoire.
of the choir is open to all, from within and without Kings Langley. There is no audition, and previous singing experience or musical knowledge is not required. The primary objective is enjoyment of singing; participation in performances is optional for each member and not obligatory.
Ben has been singing in choirs since the age of eight and, following graduation in music at The University of York, has been appointed to a number of choirs and choral projects in and around London. His pursuits also include session and backing singing for a variety of artists and record labels.
It is a sign of member's enjoyment that the choir is constantly at or near full subscription. However, we are always happy to hear from anyone interested in joining. So if you would like to experience the fun and reward of singing in a community choir please get in touch. For information about rehearsals and whom to call please see our Performances & Contacts page.
